Remake Philippe Starck x Alessi
A reinterpretation of three Italian kitchenware items designed by Alessi, originally created by the French designer Philippe Starck. Through extensive research, it was identified that these objects lacked functionality, which occasionally led to customer dissatisfaction. Consequently, my primary objective has been to enhance their functionality while simultaneously experimenting with form, color, humor, and creativity.

The Dancing Chair
This group project, conducted with two classmates, aimed to explore how changing the material of an object can alter its narrative and value. The assignment was to create an object, not necessarily functional, using wire as the primary material, supplemented by plastic cable ties, wood, and thread. The resulting chair serves multiple purposes: it can be used as a seat, a footrest, or a support for gym exercises. Its distinctive feature is its flexibility and multi-directional movement, which gives the impression that the chair is dancing.

Agave Shield
This project involves creating a wearable safety space designed to maintain a one-meter distance between individuals, in adherence to COVID-19 precautions. Developed in March/April, at the onset of the virus's spread, information about COVID-19 was still unclear, and the primary directive was to avoid close contact, even with loved ones. Therefore, a blend of humor and creativity was deemed appropriate to devise an innovative solution that would enable people to follow safety protocols and minimize the risk of infection. Agave Shield is a jacket featuring an integrated armor on the back. The design of this armor draws inspiration from the Agave cactus, a plant that uses sharp spikes to protect itself from other species. Similarly, the armor's purpose is to provide a protective barrier to maintain social distancing.
